I recently introduced the new-style Groundrules at a Café Church before we launched into the conversation section of the service. It is difficult to know whether this made any actual difference to the quality of conversation which took place at the tables,(and it isn’t always appropriate to ask for feedback) but clearly people felt comfortable accepting them and there were nods of recognition as they were read out.
It made me think, how much I would like to hear about other people’s experiences of using the Groundrules (or any other aspect of TC). So, in 2024, I invite you to share any experiences which impact you in your conversational journey as part of this new feature.
