| On-Line Training Available |
| Most of you will be aware that the idea of “mentoring/coaching” has always been an integral aspect of the Transforming Conversation community and process. Coaching is also integral to the development of the Methodist initiative NPNP and, we believe, we will see an increasing demand for skilled coaches in the future. While in TC we are now using the term “mentoring” rather than “coaching”, we recognise the similarity and overlap between the skills set required. In our desire to work collaboratively with other projects and initiatives, we would like to ensure that everyone knows about the availability of the national Evangelism & Growth team’s on-line coaching training, which is taking place on 18th-19th June. As someone who has previously experienced the coaching training on offer, I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone interested in developing or refreshing their skills in this area.
